At Domestic Box Office, Gangubai Kathiawadi Alia Bhatt has surpassed a crore sign ₹ 50 in terms of income.
After being postponed several times because of the Covid-19 outbreak, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai Kathiawadi, starring Alia Bhatt in the main role, finally released in theaters last week. It also features Ajay Devn, Vijay Rauz, and Shantanu Maheshwari. It tells the floor of a real woman who climbs a real life to become one of the most influential Mafia leaders Mumbai.
The film received exceptional feedback from reviewers and fans on the release in the middle of many hype and anticipation, and alright at the box office. Last Friday, the film Gangubai Kathiawadi was released in theaters.
Following strong shows on Friday (10.50 crores) and Saturday (13.32 crores), Gangubai Kathiwadi saw a significant increase on Sundays. According to the box office worldwide, the film underestimated Rs 16.50 Crores on the third day of release and Rs 40.32 Crores throughout the first weekend. But once again see a significant increase on Tuesday when all countries celebrate Mahashivratri holidays, this film performs well throughout the work day too.
On Tuesday, Gangubai Kathiawadi struck more than ₹ 9.5 crores, carrying a total film to over ₹ 57 crores. Within a few days, this film is projected to reach the club 100 crores.
