After all our teasing, it feels so good to finally introduce to you the Casio Baby-G X Hellz collaboration! With influences streaming from two different outlets, Hellz combines the punk-rock chic aesthetic with the classically designed Baby-G,to create a new way to stay on time – while still maintaining your style.
Branching out from my love for the 80’s, the ‘material girl’ era is revisited with the HELLZ “polka dot” watch featuring a back glow effect, and a water resistant body . With the “taxi cab watch”, respect is paid to the great streets of New York City, the birthplace of HELLZ.
Adding a playful feel to the iconic Casio watch , “The Taxi” and “The Polka Dot” are key accessories for today’s girl-on-the-go.

As an adult, you are taught to give up many of the childhood memories we first encounter through our adolescent lives. Eating with our hands deserves a slap with a ruler, television doesn’t revolve around Cartoon Network, and fashion isn’t all about matching your pink sweats with your puffy paint t-shirt. Some of the many benefactors that we often times take for-granted disappear into the mist of maturity.
When childhood literature meets one of the founding fathers of footwear – the collaboration couldn’t be anything less than a blissful partnership. Converse shoes recently unveiled their new collaboration with the wonderful Dr. Seuss. The brand has already set themselves apart with their classic look and identifiable logo; to add in one of the most influential children’s book authors into the mix brings back countless memories from our youth. The collaboration consists of 5 original designs that can tickle the fancy of even the most savviest of the fashion bunch. With prices ranging from $55-65, there’s no excuse to not have a pair for your closet.

Rodarte’s new MAC line is getting me all kinds of excited!(yea, I’m THAT excited that I purposely made my sentence kind of crazy) Inspired by Mexicos thriving culture with names like ‘Quinceañera’, there’s no reason why you SHOULDN’T get excited. I can only dream of all the possibilities with the collaboration. Flirty pastels? Maybe some deep reds? Ek! Excitment is brewing within me! What do you guys think? What are you expecting from the Fall 2010 line?

Here I am again, keeping you out of the loop! I don’t think I’m quite ready to actually spill the beans on our Baby-G X Hellz collaboration just yet. What you’ve seen through other blogs is NOTHING. Trust me.
On to the topic of Baby-G collaborations is our friends at In4Mation and their WONDERFUL watch with FABULOUS packaging (is that weird that I am obsessed with brands packaging?). If you know anything about the Hellz brand, then you have to realize the family bond we have with the In4Mation crew. For years, they have always been there for us with their full-on support. I am so pleased to see their Baby-G watch come out so perfectly. The watch is decked out in a silver matte color, with a splash of pink to add some spice to the mix. A world renowned closet basic is molded into a fashion necessity…did I mention the AMAZING packaging?! Too bad we only have one watch in our office, because I would have loved to add this to my collection of accessories.
You can pick up yours at the In4Mation shop! Oh, and get me one.

….and then the boot God cascaded from the sky and said … “Brittany, I shall give you the gift of fabulous boots.” So I cried a thousand tiny tears of joy and wore them everywhere I went. For the 50th Anniversary of our beloved Sanrio, Dr. Martens collaborated with the feisty feline to bring you all a fabulous pair of street stompers for your everyday wardrobe. Who said Hello Kitty doesn’t go with everything?

I’m thinking that it’s time for a Hellz X Dr. Marten collaboration sometime in the near future. What do you think?
