The fifth film in the Predator series is contrary to several serious competitions during the weekend (August 5-6), with Sandman on Netflix, thirteen lives on Prime Video, and Luck on Apple TV Plus is all launched on the same date. This data footage, then, proves that he opposes the trio.
Given how popular, this is only a matter of time before the sequel to prey is greenlit. Okay, the fact that he has the top position in various categories in these two streamers is something to be celebrated. There are many great content on both platforms, including the Top Disney Plus movie and other brilliant upstream films. So, prey to seize a similar project, then, it should not be ignored.
However, without a very important image data, we cannot determine how successful prey. How many people are streaming? Does every audience watch it to the end? Are there upstream customers or Disney Plus who watched it more than once last weekend, which will increase the amount?Unfortunately, we will never know. The only streamer who regularly provides public data is Netflix. Even then, the largest streaming company in the world only revealed some of the information – namely the number of hours seen – when updating the top 10 list in -house (opened in the new tab) every week.It is understandable why some streaming companies might doubt to make the figure see the public. Doing that will confirm how well (or not so good) a new film.
