After this past fiasco, HELLZ has been taking the time to put things back together, and of course hustling up a storm. Though thieves had stolen our monitors, they did not steal our talent. We will still be here no matter what, to provide women with  strength and fly clothing. With that being said, out of the good hearts of the people we love, we’re so happy to have supporters world-wide who definitely kept us in their thoughts…and for that, we’d like to give you all our gratitude and thank you for constantly having our backs.

This Tuesday, HELLZ was surprised with a box from our girls at Moxsie. For the longest time, we’ve always had a special spot in our hearts for them. Chatting with them at trade-shows, to hanging out at random parties …it’s never a dull moment when it comes to run-in’s.Being the sweethearts that they are, Moxsie sent us a special care-package consisting of ADORABLE flash-drives, fabulous accessories, and smiles slapped across our faces. (literally! I mean, c’mon..look at Misslawn trying on her new hat!) Words can hardly describe the feeling we got as we noticed the “MOXSIE” tape wrapped tightly around the box. It’s people like that, that truly make a brand feel special. Big thanks to Moxsie, and big thanks to everyone who has been there for us through thick-&-thin.

This past month has been crazy… with back to back photo shoots, preparations for trade shows in Vegas & NY, not to mention the daily grind duties like oh yeah… designing. However, a few weeks ago, Nike (thanks Lena) swept me off my feet and took me away from all the Hellz madness for fun night of sushi, drinks, candy, shoes & Gaga-galore!!!

It all started 2 days prior when I was greeted by a tuxedo donned gentleman with a martini glass & scrolled invitation… The invite didn’t say where I was going or what I was doing or even who I was going to be with BUT what I did know was that a car was gonna pick me up from my office…

Two days later, like they said, an SUV limo swooped me up & brought me to the Nokia Live where all the other fabulous ladies met up for dinner & drinks at Katsuya… nommzzz!!! After I don’t know how many Jameson’s & sushi’s later, we stumbled across the street to the new Nike Vault store at the Staples Center where we were gifted w/ Aqua Skinny Dunks and get this… GAGA tickets!!! All in all… it was one of the most fun nights I’ve had in LA ever!!!

After a successful week in blazing hot Las Vegas for the Capsule trade show (post coming soon) a sudden cloud came hovering over Hellz when we got the heart wrenching call, which I now refer to as “The  Call”… that our office in Los Angeles had been robbed. We were told that ALL of our Apple computers, laptops, servers, hard drives, printers, fax machines, Wacom tablets and a box of sales samples from an upcoming season were… GONE. Argghh… the word ‘GONE’ rings through my ears in slow motion, gives me the craziest butterflies in my stomach & makes my heart drop every time I think about it.

A bunch of things crossed my mind but I can’t remember what came thru first when we got ‘The Call’…

“All my files from when I first started Hellz in 2005 to now… GONE.”

“All of my portfolio work from my early years at 555 Soul, Rocawear, etc… GONE.”

“All my pictures from the time Bam & I first got together in 2002 to our first cab ride together in NY to the birth of my nephew, Miles… GONE.”

There’s so many things I thought about BUT the thing that has crossed my mind every day since this happened is how much I feel… violated. Whoever did this has been in a place I considered safe… a place that I spend more time at than my own home & to know that these fuckers have been in my space makes me sick to my stomach.

To the fuckers that stole my shit… it’s not only electronics that you’ve stolen from me & Hellz… it’s my art, it’s my memories, it’s my life, it’s my everything. FUCK YOU and believe me… pay backs a BITCH!

But you know what?! On to the next… this will only make me and my team stronger. Creativity is within’ and we WILL bounce back from this 10 fold!!!

After all our teasing, it feels so good to finally introduce to you the Casio Baby-G X Hellz collaboration! With influences streaming from two different outlets, Hellz combines the punk-rock chic aesthetic with the classically designed Baby-G,to create a new way to stay on time – while still maintaining your style.

Branching out from my love for the 80’s,  the ‘material girl’ era is revisited with the HELLZ “polka dot” watch featuring a back glow effect, and a water resistant body . With the “taxi cab watch”,  respect is paid  to the great streets of New York City, the birthplace of HELLZ.

Adding a playful feel to the iconic Casio watch , “The Taxi” and “The Polka Dot” are key accessories for today’s girl-on-the-go.

I love beaches and chillin pool side BUT when it comes to scorching heat… arrrgghh, not so much. However, it does give me a good excuse to go out in nothing but my bra and mesh.
