Obsessed: Healthy Smoothies

Like Misslawn, I really wanted to focus on my health starting up the new year, & luckily I got a Magic Bullet from my parents this Christmas. (Well, my bf did- but what’s his is mine, yenno the deal- haha). OHHH MANNNN- Where have I been all this time?! I believe the HYPE. I never thought I’d see the day I’d be googling how to make healthy smoothies or alone put spinach (or flax seeds) in my drink. UM WUT!? hahaha come on.. For someone who only has coffee for breakfast- this is a big deal!

Lately my go-to drink has been spinach, banana, strawberries, soy milk with a tablespoon full of flax seed and a touch of honey, mixed in with some yogurt. Not the prettiest green slush but tastes AMAZE-BALLS. I’m probably going to keep drinking it until I get sick of it- but to be honest, you can really put in whatever you like. Your body will thank you!

i love strawberries, bananas, blueberries, a little bit of 2%, spinach, and a spoonful of almond or peanut butter. nomz!
